Q: Are appointments required?

Appointments are required to ensure we can give you our full attention in a comfortable, relaxed space. Appointments will be for an hour and a half, where you can try on wedding dresses with an expert stylist who can assist with the styles which best suit you and your wedding. You can make an appointment online or give us a call – we will do all we can to give you the time and date you want.

Q: How many people should come to the appointment with me?

We can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It is hard to hear your own voice when focused on pleasing too many opinions, so if you can limit your visitors to only the key people, your shopping experience will be so much better!

Q: What should I bring with me?

Nude, strapless, and seamless - Your three best friends! Nude undergarments, strapless bras, and seamless panties will ensure you see the gowns in all their glory. Shape-wear is also recommended for some of our more fitted gowns. Also, bring a pair of shoes that you think will be a similar height to what you will wear on your wedding day. This will help tie the whole look together!

Bridal Parlour is across the river in a short, easy drive from downtown St. Louis.

Q: What size are your sample gowns?

The majority of our wedding dresses range between size 8-14. We do have a handful of gowns in 4/6 and 16/18. We have a number of tips and tricks to show you how the gown will fit in your selected size.

Q: What is the price range of the gowns?

Our bridal gowns range from $1200-$3500 with the bulk of gowns ranging between $1700-$2500.

Q: When should I purchase my gown?

Wedding dresses can take between 4-6 months to arrive. A deposit of 50% is required upon ordering with the remainder due when the gown arrives. We suggest an average of 6-8 weeks for alterations. Therefore, you want to order your wedding gown between 8-10 months before your wedding. If you have less time, we do have designers who offer a rush delivery for a fee.

Q: Do you offer alterations?

We aid in selecting the size of your gown with you which is closest to your measurements according to that particular designers sizing chart. Since these are not custom measurements, almost all gowns will need some form of adjustment. We do not offer in-house alterations, but can recommend some excellent seamstresses. We are not affiliated with any of these tailors.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges on purchases?

All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will aim to ensure you are satisfied and love everything before you leave the boutique because we want happy brides!
